Just a quick message regarding March.
My goal for this month is to reach my highest fitness level possible. Each week of March i will attempt to do more hrs of training than the previous week.
I started last week and excercised 8 1/2 hrs. This week has only just begun and I've done 3 1/2 hrs..that's only for Monday!
I will update you again with more results at the end of the month.
